Analysis and Requirements Gathering

An area was also developed to automatically calculate the commissions that the company has to pay monthly to external agents.

A task schedule was created so that employees could better manage their tasks and communications with clients.

A statistics area was also created to allow the company's management to draw conclusions from the measures taken and to better plan the company's future.
