Retlaw, a company specializing in air conditioning equipment maintenance and responsible for maintaining all Burger King establishments in Portugal, faced the challenge of efficiently managing more than 200 points of sale. The goal was to create a complete platform that would automate preventive and corrective maintenance processes, ensuring that each establishment always had four future appointments scheduled.

Task Management by Frequency

Develop an intelligent system that manages tasks with different frequencies (3, 6, and 12 months), ensuring that all mandatory preventive maintenance is performed at the correct time for each of the 200+ establishments.

Automatic Scheduling

Create a system that automatically maintains four future appointments scheduled for each establishment, taking into account business days and company availability, eliminating manual calendar management.

Automatic Reports

Implement the automatic generation and sending of customized reports by email after each maintenance, tailored to the type of intervention performed, saving hours of administrative work.

Corrective Maintenance

Develop an exceptional appointment system for problems reported by establishments, enabling a quick and efficient response to unforeseen situations.

A complete web platform was developed using the latest development technologies and responsive design. The intuitive interface ensured that the Retlaw team could use it with ease. Through this platform, Retlaw was able to:
