The Challenge

Create a platform that would allow them to manage entries into the training space, including monthly fees, number of entries, as well as all physical and progressive assessment data of clients, for better monitoring of each one.

Entry to the Space

After requirements gathering and analysis, a web platform was developed, interconnected with the local turnstile, which allowed client entry, checking space availability and client balance.

Schedule

An area was developed with a schedule for each professional, which allows booking of training sessions for associated clients. This allows each professional to better plan their day.

Physical Assessment

For PT CLUB and its external PTs, an area for managing client progress data and history was integrated into the application, where through login, they can access this information, making the process more appealing for those who want progress in their physical condition.

Financial Management

The entire management part was created with access to payment gateways for bank references and billing software, so that the management of monthly fees and all entries had automatic integration, freeing the PT CLUB team from these administrative processes, focusing even more on client training.

GDPR

With the advent of GDPR, a document management area was developed, which includes digital contract signing.

External Access

External PTs:
The platform also allows adding external professionals so they can access the space and accompany their students using the entire platform for greater harmonization of processes.
External Therapists:
The platform allows scheduling of consultations, as well as recording consultation information.

Communication Area

The platform also has an area for sending notification emails and marketing to PT CLUB's clients and former clients.

Solution & Result

With the system working, we achieved more rigorous control of client entries, more time to monitor their training, and better analysis of training evolution, allowing adaptation to the current needs of clients.

PT CLUB is a personalized training boutique with a concept quite different from other players in the fitness market (exercise for health), and therefore we didn't find adequate IT solutions for our needs in the area's software.

After much research, we decided that our best option would be a customized tool that would meet our needs for schedule management, access control, billing, web marketing, and even student progress recording.
